Meet Jen

(she/her)

Virtual therapist for ADHD, autism, and anxiety

Iā€™m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience. I specialize in evidence-based treatments for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and anxiety in young adults. I also enjoy working with college and graduate students as they navigate the unique challenges they are facing in this stage of their life.

I use a warm, collaborative, and affirming approach that helps my clients understand and build upon their unique strengths, while also helping them learn how to make successful adaptations to improve the quality of their life.

Prior to working in private practice, I received specialized training in assessment and evidence-based treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parent training, and behavioral interventions. I have also worked with diverse populations in community mental health settings and school-based mental health programs.
