FAQ

  • Are all services virtual?

Yes, my services are completely virtual. Many clients find this more convenient than office visits, as they can meet with me from their home or during their lunch break at work or school. You will need a device with a camera, as well as a quiet, private space.

  • What states are you licensed in?

I am licensed to provide services in PA, NY, CT, MA, RI, and FL.

  • What will the fees be for my appointments?

Our initial phone consultation will be complimentary.

    My fees:

    -Evaluation (60 minutes): $180

    -Follow-up (30/45 minutes): $120/150

  • Do you accept insurance?

I am in network with Aetna and Optum (including United Healthcare, Oscar, and Oxford). If I am not in network with your insurance, appointments are paid by credit or debit card, and you will be provided with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement (if eligible).

  • How do I know if I have out-of-network benefits?

To see whether you have out of network coverage for psychotherapy, ask your insurance company the following questions:

    - Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health care? If so, what are they?

    - What is my deductible? Have I met that yet?

    - What percentage of each session once I meet my deductible will be reimbursed?

    - Do I have telehealth coverage for out of network providers? If so, is there an end date to that coverage?
